What I do believe is – you breathe in, breathe out, do your daily thing that you love most, be well, treat yourself well, love yourself, eat well, believe in yourself and revel in the idea of you. Let the worry, the doubt, the questions, dissipate. Slowly. Bliss may follow! Or not. No, no, no, nah! Don’t care. Just be.
